We had an amazing time at this ski retreat! The location was ideal with convenient access to restaurants and ski slopes. Our cozy room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the drying room for ski gear was a great perk. We cannot wait to return and enjoy the awesome karaoke and casino facilities.
Although the breakfast had a good selection, there could have been more variety in the cereal and fruit options.

The hotel's proximity to the mountain is a real plus, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and convenient, with great views of the ski run. Being able to walk right out the door onto the mountain is the best. The hotel's shuttle service is helpful, and the rooms are comfortable with an efficient heating system. great experience.
The bathroom is very small, so it might be a bit uncomfortable for some guests. while the hotel provides shuttle service, the lack of an on-site onsen is inconvenient.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right on the ski slopes of Happo 1. It was so convenient to be able to ski in and ski out of the hotel. The staff were incredible, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They provided excellent customer service and were very focused on making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was superb and gave us the energy we needed for a day of skiing. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a drying room for our ski gear and secure lockers. We also enjoyed the music at the outdoor bar nearby and the mulled wine was delicious. we had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel.
The only small drawback we found was that the towels in the room were a bit small. We would have preferred larger towels for our comfort.
